Bill Lenihan, President and CEO
Prior to taking the helm of Vistaar Healthcare Solutions, Bill Lenihan served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Vistaar Technologies, Inc. Bill has extensive business strategy and operations, IT, and consulting experience developed over the past 25 years. Bill has extensive healthcare experience, working with both providers and payers. Prior to joining Vistaar, Bill was a Partner at Accenture, a leading global consulting firm, and was based in NJ. Throughout his career, Bill has advised industry leaders from Healthcare, Hi-Tech, and Manufacturing on matters of Business, Operating and Information Technology Strategy while working with Accenture, Mercer Management Consulting, Deloitte Consulting, and IBM.
Linda Kosnik, Vice President Clinical Services
Linda has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Vistaar Healthcare Solutions she served as the Chief Nursing Officer for Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ, which is part of Atlantic Health. Linda has lectured nationally and has published extensively on quality improvement and process and performance management as applied to healthcare. Ms. Kosnik has consulted both national and internationally on the use of crew resource management, teambuilding, collaboration, customer satisfaction, recruitment and retention and the reduction of waits and delays. She is a national expert on the topic of the reduction of ED overcrowding as well as in the overarching domain of improving patient flow in hospitals, especially as it relates to demand and capacity management.
The ACOMS solution was developed by Linda and her team at Overlook Hospital in collaboration with Vistaar Healthcare Solutions to enhance communication and collaboration to achieve optimal patient flow that had be unattainable and cumbersome using a paper system.
Through the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), JCAHO, IOM and other forums, Ms. Kosnik has successfully mentored hundreds of teams through improvement initiatives.
Sandeep Bhide, Vice President Technology Services
Sandeep leads our Technology Services group with overall responsibility for all Solution Engineering, Implementation, Integration, Hosting, and Customer Support. Sandeep and his team work closely with Linda to ensure that our implementations are successful. Sandeep was responsible for architecting and managing the development of the ACOMS solution for Vistaar Healthcare. He is also responsible for ensuring that our technology continues to meet the needs of our customers. Under his leadership, Vistaar Healthcare has developed interfaces with ADT, Staffing and RFID-enabled systems.
With over seventeen years of product and business development experience, along with an impressive background in software engineering, Sandeep has a rare blend of advanced technical knowledge and business acumen. Prior to this role, Sandeep was the Director of Technical Services at Heartbeat Software where he led strategic and tactical sales support, customer support and all technical aspects of solution implementations for 40+ Global Life Sciences and Financial Services firms.
Sandeep has a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Pune University and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers.
