Our team has been improving hospital performance by managing demand and capacity for more then 12 years – longer than any other organization. We know that optimizing performance and patient quality and safety is a matter of developing highly functional teams – each individual has their specific role and capabilities but must work in harmony with others to ensure that the organizations strategic goals are achieved.
