ACOMS has been built with platform independence, scalability and performance in mind. One of the basic tenets of what’s being preached in the demand/capacity Protocol is to make operational status information visible regardless of the authority gradient. Therefore the ACOMS - Demand Capacity Manager has been developed as a browser based very thin client. The admin & configuration module uses a simple and elegant user interface to deliver extensive functionality. See a screenshot of ACOMS below.
Operating Environment for ACOMS 4.0
Server: Windows 2000 Server (SP2), Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Standard, Macromedia JRun 4.0 (Updater 2), JRE 1.4.1_01
Client: 95/98/NT/2000/XP, Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher. JRE 1.4.1_01 for the Admin/Config module client.
